The answer to that is simple, never! We know ladies well over 80 that still love to do line dancing. It is all up to you.

Yes Simply Social Dance teach children to dance. Currently the youngest student is 10. As long as your child is willing to learn, we can teach him/her.

Ballroom dances include foxtrot, waltz, quickstep and the viennese waltz. Latin dances include Cha Cha, Cuban Rhumba, Square Rhumba, Mambo, Samba and finally Ceroc – Modern Jive.

For wedding dances 4 to 6 weeks are recommended. Group classes, to get the basic steps of all the dances lister under our Group page, it will probably take about 6 months to learn the basics of [...]

Not for private lessons, I will be teaching you but group classed it is best to have a partner for Ballroom and Latin. For Ceroc Modern jive, no partners are needed as classes are rotational.

Water and a towel depending on the time of year and more importantly a notebook and pen to write down your steps that you learnt on the night.

Anything that is casual and comfortable.
